Ann M. Stirling
Ms. Stirling is the owner of QDRO Solutions, LLC, a nationwide consulting firm which provides Qualified Domestic Relations Order drafting services to lawyers in private practice. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar.
Ms. Stirling utilizes the services of David Carrad as a consultant. Mr. Carrad is the author of The Complete QDRO Handbook: Dividing ERISA, Military and Civil Service Pensions in Divorce Cases and Collecting Child Support from Employee Benefit Plans.
Ms. Stirling is a 1969 graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Law Degree in 1974 from the University of South Carolina. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America, both since 1994. She also was the second South Carolina female attorney, and so far, the only South Carolina Family Lawyer, to be inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Ms. Stirling has the benefit of her own experience in drafting QDRO's and, with the consultation of Mr. Carrad will provide excellent QDRO drafting services for the most simple, up to the most complicated Plans. |
