QDRO Malpractice – Expert Witness:

At QDRO Solutions, LLC, we will review your case and give you a detailed and comprehensive written report if you suspect you are a victim of malpractice in drafting or obtaining a QDRO. Our report is available for a fixed fee of $975.00. Please contact David Clayton Carrad, Esquire, at augustaqdro@gmail.com for a list of documents needed to evaluate your case. If malpractice has occurred, we will be glad to provide expert testimony on an hourly rate basis as described below.

Pension Valuations:

Our 10-page written pension valuation reports are a useful negotiation tool or trial exhibit. They fully explain the valuation methodology and calculate the present value of the marital (community) and non-marital shares of pension benefits. The valuation fee is $735.00 per plan. We normally provide our reports within five (5) business days after receipt of the necessary documents.

These fees do not include testimony at deposition or trial. The rate for expert testimony is $475.00 per hour, including travel time, plus out-of-pocket travel, lodging, and meals. Many courts will permit expert testimony on pension valuation by conference telephone call which can result in a substantial cost saving.
